You'll enjoy your quiet stay at this cheerful getaway and close to all amenities. The space We offer you a beautiful 20 m² room, with 1 parking space (enclosed inner courtyard, electric gate, garage available for bicycles and motorcycles if needed). This is a furnished room in a shared home with independent entrance, on the 1st floor, with private bathroom and separate toilet. We live on the ground floor and value peace and quiet (essential after 10pm). You will have access to: - a 140 X 200 bed - a 140 x 200 sofa bed - a table and a small desk - a shelf - a cabinet - TV (Orange TNT channels/Netflix/AmazonPrime) + DVD player, comics and books - 1 window with wooden shutters We can provide you with a baby cot if needed. Wi-Fi access and RJ45 socket also in this room. You will also have independent access to our laundry room on the ground floor, which is equipped with a "kitchen" with a folding table and 4 chairs (we do not usually use this room when we host someone). You will also have access to: - a filter coffee maker and a Senseo coffee maker - a sink - a microwave - a reserved space in the refrigerator - a camping stove for cooking - dishes, cutlery and pots/pans/utensils available - salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar... - dishwashing/cleaning products Bike lovers: - the green route (Belleville-Beaujeu) is accessible from the house. - the blue route (Luxembourg Lyon) is about 15 minutes by bike from the house, along the Saône. We can leave the garage available for your bikes (...motorcycles too). Very easy and fast access to Villefranche and Lyon. Our house is well located: - 450 m from the bus (line 231, which serves Villefranche), 5 min walk - 850 m from the train station, 10 min walk (which serves Perrache and Part-Dieu Lyon stations) - shops 2 to 8 min walk: bakery, pizzerias, 3 supermarkets…) - 2 km from the A6 Paris-Lyon highway interchange Note: we have a discreet and wise cat.
