The space The elevated cottage, with stunning views over the dam, including the Crocodile River and exquisite surrounding forests. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular! The bird life is prolific. Wild game includes Duiker, Steinbock and Porcupines. Wild Fauna and Flora depending on the season. If you are lucky, you might just capture the extraordinary and unique Moon flower. The only flower in this area that blooms at night. This beautiful, quaint, believed to be over a 100-year-old cottage, still with original doors and windows, makes this cottage extraordinary special and unique. A magnificent feature in the heart of the cottage, is an old tree trunk built into the kitchen and dining area. FRESH SPRING WATER TO DRINK. The open plan living space flows with the beauty and grace from kitchen to lounge. The fireplace is still the original wrought iron antique farmer stove. TV and full DSTV. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area also features a large indoor braai. The cottage has 3 bedrooms with queen size beds. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Two of the bathrooms include the original ball and claw bathtub plus shower. The 3rd bathroom only has a shower. Bath sheets, towels and linen supplied. Electric blankets on all the beds.
