The space This updated luxuriously renovated condo was designed with every attention to detail for our guest. Come experience all that Siesta Key has to offer from its world renowned beaches, fabulous cuisine, culture and popular shopping area in downtown historic Sarasota. The Master bedroom is very spacious, complete with a king size bed and master en-suite. Our second bedroom has two full size beds! Plenty of closet space and dressers in both bedrooms. The beautiful screened in lanai was designed to be the perfect spot to unwind and relax at night with dimming lights and cozy chairs. Strong wifi + Samsung Smart TV with all the popular apps already installed. We have a fully stocked supply closet with all the essentials you will need for the condo from towels, hand soap, extra tooth brushes and tooth paste, to cleaning products and laundry detergent. Also stocked with beach essentials such as beach towels, beach blankets, picnic basket, beach bags, tumblers, bluetooth stereo, beach wagon, beach chairs and so much more! Anything you can imagine needing for a day at the beach we will for you! If there is anything specific please just ask in advance to ensure we have it :) We (the owners) have two young children and understand how hard it is to travel with little ones! Don't worry you won't have to bring your whole house on vacation because any needs such as a highchair, pack and play, beach popup or changing table can be requested in advance! Public tennis courts, pickle-ball, volleyball and a large playground are right across the street at the beach! The beach also has a snack stand where you can buy food and drinks. Our condo is 1 mile from Siesta Key Village! It takes about 20 minutes to walk there and there is also a FREE public shuttle that comes up and down the key that can bring you into the village as well as many other hop on hop off companies that offer this service! You will not have to deal with any rental management companies and will have direct contact with the owners for anything you need! We live very close by and have a detailed welcome book for all guest that lists out everything you would want to know about the area from boat + bike rentals to our favorite local restaurants. Guest access You will have full access to our condo as well as the pool, clubhouse, grills and grassy areas around the community. Other things to note Our unit is on the second floor and you will need to walk up a staircase to access the unit.
