No pets allowed. Lakefront home with private boat dock and direct access to the main channel. Large deck overlooking the lake with tables, chairs and BBQ grill. Cozy private patio with firepit. The space Home is 4 bedroom, 2 bath with open concept. Large windows to enjoy the lake and mountain views. On the main level of the home are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining area and main living space. The basement has a bedroom, bathroom, laundry, and second living area. Basement is accessed from outside. Please make sure you and your guests read all of rules and regulations prior to booking. This is our 2nd home. We take great pride in it and are excited to share it with you. We ask you to please treat it and take care of it as if it were your own and please be respectful to our neighbors. home has a lot of steps. both interior and exterior. may not be the best fit for elderly guests PARKING Driveway is located above the home, please do not park on lower road as this is for community access. roads in east tennessee are narrow LAUNDRY Guests are permitted to use the washer and dryer located in the basement. Detergent and dryer sheets may be provided, but not guaranteed. HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING The system is set up with ultra violet lights for very clean air filtration. Please do not set thermostat lower then 70 degrees cooling or higher then 72 for heating. DO NOT USE WOOD STOVE. SECURITY AND SAFETY We have entry cameras, dock camera, parking and stairway cameras for security purposes. First aid kit is located in the bathroom. Smoke detectors are installed throughout the home. PETS Pets are not allowed at this time. SMOKING Smoking is NOT allowed inside the home. Anywhere outdoors is fine, just please make sure butts go in ashtrays not on the ground. BOAT DOCK Property is steep. Please use caution on steps leading to the dock. Boat lift is off limits at this time. Boats can be parked and tied on side of dock. There is plenty of room for jet skis as well. If swim ladder is used please make sure it is put up when not in use.
