This apartment is 60 steps away from St. Joseph's Sound, where dolphins swim and the sunsets glow. It's shaded from the hot sun yet nicely lit. Enjoy morning coffee on the patio or at the water's edge before walking the quiet palm lined road that hugs the shoreline toward the marina, many shops and nightlife. The Pinellas Rail Trail is also right nearby. This property rents on a month to month basis with a 24 night minimum. The space This condo is perfect for two people. The pull out sofa is somewhat comfortable (or the couch without the back pillows also works well as a single) for an occasional overnight guest (note there is an additional small fee for a third guest). A family with one or two young children would manage. You will spend MUCH of your time outdoors. Unit has king size bed, pull out sofa, dining table for four, well supplied full kitchen and bath, Guest access You'll have access to a reserved spot in the covered carport (no sun to bake your interior!). Add'l parking is also located along the south side of the building for guests. But who needs a car? You can walk to everything from here - breweries, bakeries, bike shops, Pinellas Trail, playgrounds, restaurants.... From your car to the inside it's a smooth even route with only one step up (about 3") at your front door. Other things to note The condo community is social. If you desire privacy this would not be the place. All potential guests must submit a simple application to the condo association ($100 cost). Soaps, paper products and trash bags are provided. but because this is a long term rental, owner is not obligated to provide replacements if and when renter exhausts what is provided (which should be ample for a week). AirBnB listing indicates that bikeS (plural) are available but only ONE BIKE is available. It is a heavy 'beach cruiser' that is very comfortable but not efficient. USE THIS BIKE AT YOUR OWN RISK. A secure lock and cable is provided. You must provide your own helmet. Theft of or damage to the bike will be charged to the guest. If you are not comfortable on this bike please feel free to use it to hang clothes on.
