Cozy bedroom on the first floor, left side of the house. Ideal for a pied-à-terre, for travel, or for a family (couple + 1 child possible). Stunning views over Uzerche, a characterful medieval city. Close to exit 44 or 45 on the A20. Accommodation that has: • landing • small kitchenette • Living room/bedroom area • bathroom with sink and shower • toilet on the landing On foot or by bicycle: • Forests and banks of the Vézère. • Greenway • Canoeing, kayaking, biking • Shops, movie theater, open-air café, restaurants... The space The cozy room is 24 sqm (see representative pictures). You can be autonomous and have snacks on site. The rented property is peaceful, soundproofed, and well-liked; the location opposite the town center and the banks of the Vézère is very convenient and pleasant. The view is beautiful. Guest access The house is accessed through a common front door facing the street. On the ground floor, 3 private doors and a wooden staircase lead up to the first floor of the house. The "cozy room" for rent is on the first floor on the left. The right side is private. Free parking on the sidewalk across the street. For your information, I am the owner of the house, I live on the ground floor, and it is my sole and main residence. I would like to point out that the right side of the first floor is under renovation and is private (reserved for family and friends). During your stay Contact me by phone, in advance. A la carte services: If you arrive by train with a lot of luggage, I can pick you up (and drop you off) at the train station for an additional €5 (round trip / train station–home). I offer local products at cost price: bread, olive oil, duck rillettes, and blueberry jam. And also recycled paper notebooks. Organic tea and herbal tea bags are available in the kitchen area.
