The apartment has a unique location in the center of the bay of Ponta Negra Beach and is on the seafront. Located on the fourth floor, it is cozy and comfortable. It has a balcony facing the sea with a wonderful view of the beach and the Morro do Careca. In addition to an equipped kitchen, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a bathroom, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a Wi-Fi router with private Internet in the apartment. The gourmet restaurant is located on the ground floor facing the pool and beach. It serves breakfast and other meals. The garage is rotating for all flat customers. Other things to note We are pet-friendly. We accept small breed pets (under 7 kg) in the apartment. It is important that the guest bring the pet cleaning and food (we do not provide).
