Secluded (dead end of the road ), tons of wildlife (deer, turkey and more) Several waterfalls on property! Tri-state area includes Ohio, West Virginia and Kentucky…house is 15mins from all 3! Sleeps 12-14 6 bedrooms , 2 1/2 baths , couch/queen bed in additional room off kitchen. and a couch in the living room. Property is on 75 acres with barn. One of the waterfalls has a picnic area and bridge. Great Retreat property…camping, fields for sports, youth retreats… endless versatility options. The space House sits on 75 ac with several waterfalls and trails marked with signs! Can sleep 14-16 6 bedrooms; 1 king, 4 queens- one of the queens is a very comfortable couch/queen off the kitchen. Also, the children’s bedroom has a bunk bed. Two extra queen inflatables also. Large kitchen and dining room. Huge living room has 2 recliners and a large chair with ottoman and a couch. An extra room with walking machine and large TV with couch that converts into a comfortable queen size bed, room has privacy doors.
