Villa Ourtane is located in Oumnas, a Berber village south of Marrakech, close to the Agafay Desert. Away from traffic, close to the golf courses of Royal Palm and Samanah, the place is quiet. Within a private property of half a hectare, the main house is composed of 3 bedrooms and 1 suite with its private terrace. The walled garden is a peaceful haven. You can have a second suite on the ground floor of the pavilion (extra charge). The space Villa Ourtane is the result of ten years of work, in collaboration with local artisans. It has been carefully decorated and each object has been collected over the years. For your comfort, we have paid special attention to the bedding. Only the upper floor, which is more exposed, is air-conditioned. The traditional earth walls are thick, all the bedrooms and the living room are equipped with quality and quiet fans, two pergolas provide shade, which allows us to keep the interior cool, even during the hottest months. The house and pool are heated in winter. It's a quiet and ideal place to disconnect and enjoy a rare commodity, time. Parties are not allowed, out of respect for the inhabitants of the village and for all our neighbors. The main house consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 suite, a dining room and a living room opening onto a large covered terrace facing southeast, and an equipped kitchen. The pavilion has a second suite. A traditional breakfast is offered every morning. Bedrooms: 1 - Majorelle Suite Upstairs, this suite has a small TV lounge and a sofa that can be used as an extra bed for a child. The bedroom and TV lounge are air-conditioned. This suite has a large terrace covered by a pergola, with a view of the Atlas. It is very pleasant in the late afternoon for an aperitif in the setting sun. The double bedroom is equipped with a 160 x 200 bed, it has its own shower room with single sink and private toilet. 2 - Rabat Room Double bedroom with 160 x 200 cm bed, shower room with single sink and private toilet. Located inside on the ground floor. 3 - Essaouira Room Double bedroom with 200 x 200 bed convertible into twin beds, dressing room, shower room, single sink and private toilet. Bedroom located outside (access from the main terrace). 4 - Marrakech Room Double bedroom with 180 x 200 bed convertible into twin beds, wardrobe, shower room with single sink and private toilet. Room located outside (access from the main terrace) 5 - Chefchaouen Suite Located on the ground floor of the Pavilion, this suite includes a private living room with fireplace, a double bedroom with its 160 x 200 bed, dressing room, shower room with single sink and private toilet. The Garden: With an area of half a hectare, it is the very beautiful asset of this house. We have designed different rest and dining areas, in the shade of the trees or the pergola. A first covered terrace hosts a living room and a dining room for 10 people. It faces southeast. It is very pleasant all year round, especially at breakfast and dinner. A second uncovered terrace, in the shade of the false pepper trees is southwest facing, and has a dining room for 10 people. It's very comfortable for lunch. The pool, away from the main terrace, is in itself a living space in its own right. The pool house has benches and a large table for lunches and dinners for 10 people. Deckchairs are scattered around the pool, in the shade of the trees. Pool towels and foutas are available to you.
