Large sliding glass door that leads to common courtyard. We do NOT allow pets or smoking of any kind although each unit has its own regulations. Parking is very convenient and we offer additional parking with this unit.furnishings can change, varied decor and amenities . We have added an additional “3/4” studio refrigerator in addition to the one seen in photos. Guest access Lock box at door and also extra key for your convenience. Other things to note This is a very cute and quaint studio located on the Parker strip in Parker Arizona. The complex has about 25 units in it and they are all individually owned and operated by separate individuals. Our unit alone has the kitchen and shows the amenities in the photos it is not a full kitchen meaning there is no oven or stove there are hot plates in microwave and toaster oven‘s and other amenities such as this. We also want to remind the guest that this property is located in the middle of the desert and it is off the river the Colorado river And at times mostly in summer there can be a critter or two and around the studio apartment. This would be things like a cricket or maybe a water bug one or two may vary depending on the heat and the temperature outside this is a common act in this area so we just want to let people know. Our unit is cleaned and maintained but this could happen. There is NO smoking allowed and NO pets allowed. This is our family home and my kids are highly allergic to dogs and cats so we apologize for any inconvenience. There will be an additional $300.00 pet/smoking fee if any traces of either are found. The best way to avoid the fee is to not smoke or have pets there, thank you for understanding.
