The space The living/dining/kitchen is in one large space with large windows and a patio door entry which provide views to the ocean. The living area has a large HD \TV which get US Dish Network channels. There is a dedicated desk space with WiFi for keeping in touch with the office. The bedroom is setup with a queen size bed and an on-suite full bath with a glass enclosed shower. A spiral stair from the work desk leads upstairs to the covered roof deck with patio seating to view both the ocean and the Sierra de la Laguna mountains. Guest access Guess have full access to the casita, including the fenced in courtyard with seating, and the roof deck. Guess have access to the beach which is 300 yards from the casita via a sand pathway across the dune and down onto the beach. Other things to note Guest have "Self Check-in" via a lock box located on the pedestrian gate providing access onto the property. The property is beach front, being located only 300 yards from the beach and a Turtle Camp from which they release sea turtle babies in season.
