The space Sandpiper Crossing is a new construction home with a well appointed 800 sq. ft. of living space. Upstairs with beautiful views of the Bay is the one bedroom that has a king size bed, an on suite bathroom, large walk in closet 55 inch TV and a convertible sofa that makes into another king size bed. Downstairs you have a full size kitchen with all you need for cooking and dining, a comfortable living space with a recliner, 55 inch TV, and a hide a bed couch that makes into a queen size bed. The Bay view is best from upstairs but you can still see it while sitting on the front porch enjoying your morning coffee. Venture around the side and back of the wrap around deck and use the BBQ grill to cook up the fish you caught that day from the private community boat ramp. Relax and enjoy your stay! Guest access We have a couple of spaces with locks (a closet and the shed). Also, we may occasionally store our boat onsite which we cannot share due to liability reasons. Otherwise, if you see it, you can use it. Other things to note The Boca Chica community is a beautiful coastal community that sits on the Caranchua Bay, known for it's excellent Red and Black Drum, Flounder, and Trout fishing. As well as bird watching and is noted for its unimpeded views of the night's sky. It is a quiet community within a short drive to the local towns of Palacios and Port Lavaca, and other water access including beaches. With the closest Gulf Beach access being Matagorda Beach, less than an hour away.
