The maximum property capacity is 4 people. - Weekday (Mon to Thurs) - Php 1,700 - Weekend (Fri to Sun) - Php 1,900 - Cleaning fee - Php 200/day - Additional Php 200/guests (max 2 additional guests) - Strictly no smoking. Penalty and extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains will be charged to the guest and reported to AirBnB. - Pool access will need additional fees (Php 150/guests/day).
