Welcome to our comfortable, family friendly home! We are your on-site hosts, Joe and Jackie. Our CLEAN older has some awesome perks available & is close to the Area attractions! Should you choose to stay with us, please know our no alcohol etc policy. Please read our House Rules. You will occupy the entire top floor of our home, exclusively. (We live in the 100% separate downstairs apartment) You will find ample monitored parking for your vehicles, small boat, motorcycle, kayaks etc. The space Exterior is protected & monitored by 24/7 security cameras and motion detector lighting for easy nighttime parking and entry. The front door has keypad entrance for simple check in process. There is a picturesque backyard with picnic table, seating and a gas grill ready to use. Inside-the decor is fall themed and low-key. Our home is lived in and loved much. We’ve tried to use panoramic photos whenever possible. We have a living room, dining room, fully stocked kitchen (byo food&laundry items) and bathroom with removable adjustable shower head. Bedroom #1 has a king size sleep number mattress with pillow top cover, #2 has a queen size comfy bed, and a futon PLUS a fold out bed (plus air mattresses) are located in our HUGE pine gaming room that has: a big screen surroundsound TV, Wii system, retro arcade game and an 8 ft massive pool table. (if it should rain, this room will make your day fun while you wait for the sun!) the updated laundry room is located off this room as well. ALL house amenities are exclusive to You&your family! Guest access Entire private/exclusive top floor including Gaming Room with Laundry area and back yard Other things to note Perks: CLOSE to ALL AREA ATTRACTIONS ACTIVITIES & ADVENTURES!!! Our home has DishTV, high-speed Internet, free Wi-Fi, Water softener & filter. TONS of sleeping spaces, (linens provided) iron and board, gas grill, ample secure parking, electric fireplaces, central heating&air, fans, several spaces for you to spread out or work. House Rules: We are a family friendly no alcohol facility-no drinking, smoking, drugs, partying, heavy spicy cooking (ie curry asafoetida etc…) An additional fee WILL be charged for extra cleaning costs.
