If you wish to change them before the scheduled maintenance every 3 days, we will check the availability of the costs. Remember, these linens are exclusive to our flat to ensure internal comfort. 🚫 No Visitors in the Flat: To ensure the privacy and safety of all guests, we do not allow visitors in the flat. Enjoy your stay with peace of mind. 🏊 Exclusive Guest Pool: The pool is a haven for guests, make the most of it! Remember that it is for the exclusive use of the condominium's guests. 👨‍👩‍👧 Maximum Capacity: For a comfortable experience, the maximum capacity is 5 people, including adults and children. Be sure to mention all children in the reservation. ⏰ Check-in and Check-out: Our check-in is at 2 p.m. and check-out must be completed by 11 a.m. Respect these times to ensure everyone has a peaceful stay. Check-in is done by the Digital Lock, where you will receive a password at the time of hosting to enter. ☀️ Heated Water with electric shower: you will use an access card to connect the power when entering the flat. When leaving, for your safety and ours, please disconnect the card from the receiver, thus avoiding the risk of fire or electrical problems inside the flat; 📶 Flat Wi-Fi: It is the apartment's own, and works inside it. The password and login are written on the router next to the TV in the living room; 🏷 about 3 days before the date of the check-in, we, the hosts, will send: 1. an arrival guide for the flat and the condominium; 2. a tourist guide with some tips and references to help; 3. and, an explanatory video of how the guest will enter the condominium by car, or taxi on the day they arrive (at check-in), this video will explain about access to the parking lot - and in our conversation below the video, I will be putting in details about the gate control and the electronic password;
