This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family! Enjoy the idleness and the sweetness of the South of France! The house is fully air-conditioned and has many amenities. We prepare it to make you feel at home. Available for up to 9 people. Check-in is Saturday from 5 p.m. and check-out is Saturday morning before 11 a.m. Bed linen and towels provided. The space The ground floor offers you a large, welcoming space comprising a living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, and a toilet with a sink. The living room features a large sofa, a coffee table, and a 65-inch flat-screen TV with access to Canal+, Netflix, and Prime Video. The dining room has a large table, with a bench and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a large American-style fridge-freezer, a 5-burner range, 2 ovens, 1 grill, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, various dishes, children’s dishes, and a Babycook. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, ironing board, iron, household cleaning products and equipment, a high chair for babies, and 1 travel crib. Upstairs, you will find 5 bedrooms (2 queen-size beds, 2 full-size beds, 1 twin-size bed), walk-in closets and built-in wardrobes, 1 bathroom equipped with 2 sinks and 4 drawers, 1 bathtub, 2 showers, and 1 separate toilet. In the garden: - a beautiful shaded terrace welcomes you with a large table and 8 chairs (+ side table and chairs), - A pool house with a bar, plancha, barbecue, pizza oven, and refrigerator - a treehouse - a swimming pool (4.5 x 8.5 m), with lounge chairs and deckchairs, umbrella (There is no longer a trampoline.) In the village, you will find: a delicatessen/butcher, a grocery store, a bakery, a tobacco shop/newsagent/post office, a bar-restaurant, a wine shop, a pizzeria, 1 beauty salon, 2 hairdressers, 1 pharmacy, 1 nursing practice, 1 health center with general practitioners, a midwife, an osteopath, a podiatrist, a nutritionist, Chinese medicine, a physiotherapist, and a dental practice. The beaches of La Grande-Motte, Le Grau-du-Roi, and Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer are about 35–40 minutes away by car, and there is a €1 train to Le Grau-du-Roi. Supermarkets are a 10-minute drive away, and a large shopping center is a 15-minute drive away.
