Smoking inside the house is strictly forbidden. The rooms are located on the top floor, which is accessed by a staircase. For people with reduced mobility who may have difficulty accessing the upper floor, the possibility of using a special room on the ground floor with two beds can be negotiated. This room has access to a full bathroom with shower. Accommodation for people who require the use of a wheelchair is not contemplated, as adequate mobility within the house cannot be guaranteed due to the narrowness of some doors.
