The chalet is built in the split level and can accommodate up to 8 people. Leogang offers a variety of restaurants for different needs, a well-stocked supermarket, butcher and bakery easily accessible. The space On the entrance level, there is a living/sleeping room with bunk bed, sofa bed and separate sitting area - here children have their own empire! From the entrance area, a few steps lead down to the sauna and tech rooms. On the garden level is the large open living area with flat screen TV, a cozy dining area and a tasteful fireplace room with large panoramic windows. The fully equipped country house kitchen includes hobby chefs. A large, well-kept garden and the 2 terraces in different directions invite you to relax, play, sunbathe or take meals. Some steps lead from the garden level up to a mezzanine, in which there is a bedroom with double bed, balcony and a separate bathroom with tub/shower/WC. You get up to the upper floor via further steps.
