Spacious home with 60' of lake frontage on 700 acre all sports Canadian Lakes, which connects to West Canadian Lake and others. Guests will have access to the Canadian Lakes Association amenities including beaches, golf courses, outside pool, inside pool, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, and more. There will be an extra charge for the pools, fitness center, and golf. Bunk room was completely remodeled and each bed has its own reading light and power outlet with USB A and C. The space Two level 1900 sq ft home with walkout lower level. Gas grill (with grilling basket and utensils) and dining table on upper level deck. Two bedrooms and one bath on the upper level, and two bedrooms and one bath in the lower level. Kitchen has basic spices, coffee maker, Keurig (no pods). Nice fire pit in the backyard for hotdogs, smores, and just hanging out. Guest access You will need the provided guest passes for parking and access to the neighborhood amenities. There is an extra fee for the pools, fitness center, and golf. Other things to note Canadian Lakes Association limits all watercraft to be title in the homeowner's name only. We do have four kayaks and paddle board available for your use. And, there is a homeowner who rents pontoon boats to vacation guests.
