The kitchen is fully equipped and additional items are available-AirFryier and Kitchen Robot. There is no oven,but the microwave has a baking function. No washing machine. Services are available at the hotel or via the housekeeper. Two Smart TVs with digital channels in English, Russian, Bulgarian. Wifi is fast and free. The guests don't pay electricity and water, these are included in the price. Central heating during winter with a back up portable radiator and a heater in the bathroom. Other things to note Located inside the main building of Belvedere Holiday Club, no carrying around clothes and items to the pool and SPA needed. Breakfast is not provided by the host, but is available at the hotel for around 5$. SPA per day for all units is around 15$ per person per day. The complex also offers shuttle to the lift. Loundry at hotel is 15$. Loundry by host contacts is 6$. We offer 4 toilet rolls and 3 coffees for welcome. We have not included a cleaning fee in the price, relying on the decency of the guests. We have however had numerous cases where guests treat the property with disrespect, damage and leave dirt which makes items and furniture to be replaced with new. Therefore, before your arrival and after your departure, the housekeeper takes photos and videos of the Appartment condition. Any damages or trash and dirt beyond the common sense will be reported to the Airbnb and you will be asked to reimburse costs for repair and extra cleaning.
