Summer time offers many hiking opportunities, boating, fishing, dining and sightseeing so many beautiful sites Upstate New York has to offer. Newly renovated in-ground fenced in pool. fire pit lakeside and next to main patio with plenty of firewood and throw blankets for those chilly nights. BBQ is available with plenty of propane and a very large patio with plenty of seating and umbrellas. Fully stocked kitchen which will provide the guests with all the basics such as flour, sugar, spices, all the cooking utensils you could possible need, flatware, coffee (keurig, espresso machine, french press) and tea. All beds have high-end linens and comfortable mattresses and plush pillows. All feather free. All bathrooms are stocked with plenty of plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and shower bombs. Livingroom has a large sectional sofa and ottoman. There are plenty of board games, cards, books and free cable TV to enjoy. Free wifi throughout the property Guest access There is a game/TV room for guests to use where they can unwind and watch TV or play board games. In the warmer months, quests can enjoy the in-ground pool, patio, lakefront, and BBQ. Other things to note There is a $500 returnable deposit required prior to check-in. Bring water shoes if you plan on spending time on the lake. Bug spray is advised, especially at night. If you are visiting in the spring or winter months, it is advised to bring boots if you plan on walking to the lake.
