Located in quiet Rutland Town, this private half acre property with beautiful mountain view is just a short drive to the popular mountain resorts at Pico and Killington and only 8 minutes away from the lively downtown of Rutland City. The house is equipped with all new furniture, appliances and a fully loaded kitchen. The kids will have a lot of fun in their room with books, games, TV and Xbox, while adults can sit by the fireplace or outside at the patio, in the hot tub or by the firepit. Trees run the perimeter of the property with space to spare. The house adheres to all fire and short-term rental regulations to safely and comfortably host 10 guests. We use the house for our own family vacations and we are making sure the house has everything you will need for your perfect vacation! Spacious living room has a sectional and a sofa situated in front of a fireplace and a big screen TV. Renovated rustic kitchen, well equipped for cooking and baking, with black granite countertop and matching appliances, Keurig coffee maker and Nespresso machine. A beautiful 10-seat dining table, situated along an oversized window watching the vast, private backyard, surrounded by trees and mountain views. 3 queen bed bedrooms including a large master bedroom with a walk-in closet and an all-new modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The main all-new modern bathroom includes a double sink vanity and a walk-in shower. Another large room with 3 twin bunk beds, a twin sleeper sofa, foosball table, TV, Xbox game console, and a cozy play area with carpet, books, and board games for the younger kids. In the winter you can use the large two car garage to put down your ski and snowboard equipment, and enter a heated mudroom with half bathroom, benches to sit down and take your boots off, and shelves to hang your coats and helmets. From the mudroom you can also go outside to the vast, private backyard, where you will enjoy a brand new 8-person hot-tub, surrounded by trees and mountain views. PETS - we are dog friendly, on an approved case by case basis. There is a pet fee.
