This two-bedroom suite offers privacy, comfort, and the homey vibes with a style. It comes with a dedicated work space for those who are in a work-from-home setup. This suite comes with a balcony with a peaceful view across the property and is equipped with almost everything you will need in a staycation like kitchen, air-conditioning, WiFi, Netflix, 3 towels, & shower heater. The property offers free parking on a first come first serve basis at the common parking area. Pool fees not included The space This two-bedroom suite exudes a stylish yet homey vibe. It comes with a queen size bed in the masters' bedroom. And a bunk bed with a desk space in the second bedroom. A double size floor mattress is also available. You can do some light cooking in the unit or just maximize our 100MBPS wifi. Stream your favorite shows or you can also do some movie marathon to make the most of your stay. The suite is located at the central building just across the property gate. Guest access You can access everything in the unit except the areas we have locked. The locked areas are for our storage. Other things to note Pre-registration of visitors is required since it will have to be approved by the property administrators. Bring your own drinking water. For the free parking, you will need to coordinate with the security personnel for assistance so they can point you to where you can park. Pool fees are 150 per head for day swimming and 200 per head for night swimming. Pool is open from 8AM to 10PM and is closed every Tuesdays for general cleaning. Minimize noise by 10PM for there are also residents living in the property. We only provide 3 towels. Please bring extra towels if you will be needing more than 3
