Artist apartment with balcony & charm

The old building with wooden floor gives a comfortable atmosphere and a lot of sun. A vivid hood with a lot of bars and very nice neighbors assure good times :) We have lovingly furnished the 74 sqm old building apartment with antiques and renovated the floorboards. It's on the 5th floor, you always have sun. Guest access 1 private room with a big bed, 1 desk, 1 table and a balcony. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with my flatmate Philip (who's a very nice guy :) Philip might be gone most of the time.
