Ideal for rest, hiking, walks, sightseeing, discovering the great castles and renowned wine cellars. Calm guaranteed. The space Charming studio in exposed stone tastefully decorated, all furniture and decoration have been found in flea markets (mirrors, dishes, carpets...). This studio is adjacent to a village house where you have your independent entrance with private garden without neighbors, it offers you all the necessary comfort: entrance with cupboard, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a 4-seater standing table with stools to prepare your aperitifs. (We leave you all the basic elements, namely salt, pepper, oil, sugar.) Nespresso coffee machine To relax, a living room with a 2-seater sofa with additional seats and ottomans (books available), you also have a 2-seater wardrobe bed as well as a bathroom equipped with a vanity unit and mirror as well as a toilet. All sheets, pillows and bolster are new. Outside you have a dining table with 6 chairs, a rattan seating area under the arbor to share good times. Finally, come and relax and have a good glass of wine in the 6-seater intex spa to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. There is a private parking space on the other side of the house that requires walking 50 meters. There is also a laundry room in the studio equipped with a washing machine (laundry detergent provided), ironing board and iron. Guest access You have access to the entire studio with the garden, hot tub and parking space for your exclusive enjoyment. Other things to note We are a family from the Narbonne region, we work in Toulouse and we come to our house on weekends and holidays. We want to rent the part of the studio when we are not in our house. You will enjoy total tranquility. We are renting for the first time this year and want to share our beautiful region.
