It is cozy and relaxing for everyone. The space This is 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms split level home. Plus a game room set up in the garage with a ping pong table and dual basketball game. An equipped kitchen space with spices and some pots and pans to cook a home-cooked meal. A washer and dryer with detergent. A large screened porch and a fenced back yard for privacy. All bathrooms have 2 bath towels hanging & additional 2 towels under the sink + washcloths and hand towels. The bonus room has a few board games for your enjoyment. And TVs (65") in the living spaces to watch a Netflix movies or shows. There is 1 TV (43") in the Master's bedroom, but all other bedrooms do not have TVs. All TVs are smart TVs for easy casting with your smart devices. Other things to note We kindly ask not to wear your shoes around the home to keep it dirt & germs free. Feel free to wear your shoes in the backyard and garage. Parking available on the driveway. You can park 4 maximum cars on the driveway. If needed, street parking is available. (Please do not block neighbors driveway) If you have young children, please have adult supervision at all times. The screened porched doors to the deck has locks on it to prevent young children to walk out without adult supervision. There are also cleaning supplies in all bathrooms that can be harmful to children. Our house rules may seem lengthy, however, we just ask our guests to respectful of our home and our neighbors.
