Guest access 1) The House and its spaces are for the EXCLUSIVE use of the guest who books and their group (there are no shared areas) 2) You can also access the condominium's common areas (beach, swimming pool, sports courts, children's games, etc.) 3) Access is from the check-in time. The time will be agreed and scheduled internally with us. If the guest is delayed and arrives an hour after the scheduled time, the keys will be left in the house so that they can access when they arrive (super safe condominium) 4) Upon entering the condominium, you will be given a document with the rules of the condominium. Please respect them to avoid fines. There is nothing out of the ordinary or exaggerated, just basic rules of coexistence Other things to note Check-in: 2:00 PM or later if desired Check-out: 11:00 AM or earlier if you wish - The house has everything you need to have fun: bed linens, kitchenware, appliances, etc. A broom, dustpan, and mop will also be included to maintain the courtesy toilet.
