You will love this cozy 2x bedroom guesthouse, located down a quiet & secluded laneway. A private entrance (Digital keyless entry) for self check-in. Freshly renovated just for you. Quality bedding for a great night's sleep. Everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Weber BBQ is avail ‘on request’. Netflix & WIFI provided. Only a 3min drive to city centre or a 1min walk over the road to the beach & view the amazing ‘Horizon Ball’ or just to dip your toes in the ocean. Bliss! The space The property access is via a quiet local laneway (I will send you detailed instructions on ‘how to get there’ on your arrival date). There is a huge circular driveway to accomodate your vehicle/s. You may use any part of this driveway for yourselves…(I only ask that you please don’t park on the concrete driveway that leads to my garage or the turf outside your door). There is ample parking on the gravel driveway which will accomodate travellers with a trailer or boat requiring that extra room. Easy access from your vehicle to the door as the guesthouse is on the ground floor. The accomodation sleeps up to a ‘total’ of 4 guests (please provide all guests names when booking). It is a small but comfortable area. Colourful and fun living room with relaxing and calming tones in the bedroom. The bedrooms have a double bed in each room with full-size built in robes for your use. Highchair and portable cot are available ‘on request’. I reside upstairs but will 100% respect your privacy…although, I am readily available should you have any concerns. There is an antique Indian door which separates the guesthouse to my home. It has locks on both sides and it will remain locked whilst you stay. A strict ‘no smoking’ policy on the property….if you’re a smoker you will have to take a walk to the beach or down the laneway to smoke. 🚭 Guest access The guesthouse consists of 2 x bedrooms, a living/dining/kitchen area and a bathroom. There is a grassed area outside your entrance which is for you to enjoy. This is not a shared area, it's for Airbnb guests only. You can relax on the outdoor bench provided, take in the view and enjoy your break. Other things to note Located centrally between a stroll to the Chapman River or to the city centre, with the beach just down the lane & over the road. An unspoilt coastline which offers stunning beaches just metres away. Nestled in the heart of Geraldton is coastal serenity. Surround yourself with nature, salt, sea and sand. You are in one of the most beautiful parts of the world which boasts amazing sunsets. Enjoy the sounds of the gentle waves or simply wander over to the beach and watch the sun set through the famous ‘Horizon Ball’. Head to the city centre to dine in at Geraldton's beautiful restaurants and cafe's with local cuisine. Only a 5min walk to 'The Broady' to enjoy a cold beverage and perhaps a meal while overlooking our beautiful Champion Bay.
