Welcome to Cascina Marenco, a beautiful country house in the vineyards and a great place for: wine lovers, fans of good food, history enthusiasts and seekers of quiet. Cascina Marenco is a charmingly restored traditional farmhouse, with annexed 4 apartments, surrounded by tranquil grounds with a pool (open May 10th-October 15th) and a lovely garden. We’ve made every effort to preserve the unique character of this typical Piedmontese stone house: the perfect place for your stay in the Langhe. The space Cascina Marenco is made up of 4 independent apartments plus our home. Apartment Barbera is one of the 4 apartments available to guests. The swimming pool, the garden, the bbq area and the laundry room are areas shared by all the guests of the country house. >>APARTMENT BARBERA << An enchanting and rustic apartment with exposed beams and old Langa stonewalls. 1-4 guests First floor flat accessible by stairs. Total size 60 sqm with a private portion of the common terrace. Fully equipped kitchen area. Two bedrooms: one with double bed and one with one double bed or two single beds. Bathroom with sink, shower, WC and bidet (+ hairdryer). Free internet wi-fi connection. 1 free car parking next to the house (with electric charging available). From the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view over the Langa Astigiana. On the terrace you will find table and chairs. Relax in the sun by the pool or seek out the shade under the pergola with a book and a cold drink. Guest access Country House licence nr. 005037-RCH-00001 The apartment is located on first floor and has a private portion of the terrace with a stunning view of the Langa Astigiana. Guests have access to the common courtyard, the garden, the BBQ area, the swimming pool area (open May-Oct every day 09:00-19:00). Check-in: from 16:00 to 20:00. Check-out: before 10:00 o’clock. If check-in/out times are to be changed it is to be notified when the reservation is made. Upon check-in we will ask you for the identity documents, necessary for the registration and communication of your stay to the State Police as required by Italian law. We live in the same farmhouse, therefore for any need it will be possible to contact us quickly through the Airbnb chat, email address or via mobile phone whose details we will provide you. Upon your arrival we will be present to welcome you, show you the house and answer your questions! We provide our guests with all the information they’ll need to turn their holiday into an unforgettable experience. Possibility of organizing tastings of local wine and other products.
