Bring a hot spot if you need internet as the Internet is very slow here, but you’re welcome to it The space - Sauna is traditional and clothing is optional - Sauna hours 3-10 - Sit on a towel in the sauna as The wood gets very hot and more sanitary. - Drink plenty of water no alcohol or intoxication allowed in the sauna please allow a couple hours after you have drinking alcohol to make sure you’re not intoxicated during sauna time to avoid injury - NO water on the rocks please it can short out the heater - Cool off every 10 to 15 minutes completely outside of the sauna on the deck in the fresh air - Don’t lean against glass in sauna - The sauna is cool on the floor and hot up at the ceiling So you can bring your water bottle indoors. recommendation is to put water bottles on the floor in the sauna and drink often.
