This spacious, newly renovated carriage house comfortably sleeps 4. Private entrance leads to a meticulously cleaned, peaceful abode- only 10 minutes to downtown Indy!! Enjoy walks with a cup of coffee to take in all of Historic Irvington, or simply relax in this quiet retreat and enjoy the only table shuffleboard in a private rental in all of Indianapolis! A fully stocked kitchen allows for longer stays. We offer no-contact check-in, but we are nearby to help out if needed. The space Open concept home! Very airy and surrounded by beautiful nature. Most people are shocked by house nice the surroundings are for being in the heart of the city and if you are lucky, you will see some of our local foxes or owls! Guest access Just outside of our Carriage House is an open grass patch that our neighbors are okay with our guests using! So a bonus little yard for your kiddos to stretch their legs as needed! Just give us a heads up before doing so and we can relay to our neighbors that you are using it! Other things to note Our neighborhood is perfect for walking! From trails to just a pretty neighborhood to enjoy.
