With family or friends, enjoy the loft of our family home and its wooded park. Charging station (7 kWh) available upon request. Closed and secure parking with camera. Very bright, you can enjoy the bay windows to admire the tranquility of the park while enjoying the terrace if you wish. From the Mezzanine, you can admire the stars or work at the available desk. Trampoline and slide are available. Just 10 minutes from the center! The space The loft consists of a main room with a sofa bed, coffee table, TV cabinet and flat screen TV. A sofa bed that converts into a 160 cm double bed (2 very comfortable 80 cm x 200 mattresses attached to a bed frame that extends to 160 cm). A dining area with a table, 4 chairs + 2 additional folding chairs on request. A small desk for children with coloring materials. Two buffets where you will find some of the dishes as well as a second induction cooktop. A kitchen area equipped for breakfast and for light cooking with a microwave. A private bathroom with two sinks, a toilet area and a beautiful shower where it is possible to sit. Upstairs, a mezzanine opens onto the living room, an office area, a quiet sleeping area with a 160 x 200 double bed, a piece of furniture to store your clothes and hang your shirts. A terrace with tables and chairs is at your disposal as well as a park for your children. Baby bed - high chair - play mat etc. are available on request. The loft is a private accommodation attached to our house. PLEASE NOTE: the accommodation is unfortunately not accessible to PRM. (2 small steps) 1 charging station for electric and/or hybrid car is available upon prior request at a rate of €0.30 per kW/h Pets are allowed and can be released in the garden provided you pick up after them and if they are not dangerous for my children who can sometimes play in the garden. Paths and fields are reached by foot in minutes. It is possible to have your pets looked after during the day on request. Please do not let your pets climb on the beds and sofas. No smoking allowed inside - ashtray available outside. We live next door with our family. If you don't like kids. This place is not for you :-) Guest access Guests will have access to the left parking lots only and not to the garages. The garden and terrace are accessible in front of the loft space. Play areas are accessible to children only. Adults are kindly asked not to get on the trampolines or swings/slides. Fruits are self-service on the trees. Other things to note A crib is available upon request as well as a high chair an iron and hair dryer are available. Bed linen and towels are also provided. Shampoo and shower gel are available. An electric barbecue is also available. Feel free to ask for special requests. 2 doors are connected to our house. The first on the ground floor opens onto the hallway of our garage (locked door – space not accessible). The second upstairs gives access to our attic (locked – no access possible). Access to the outside is only through the bay window. IMPORTANT: The property is equipped with several surveillance cameras to secure access around the house and vehicles parked in our inner courtyard. None of them film the inside of the accommodation. They are there to protect us with our children and not to bother you.
