With family or friends, enjoy the loft of our family home and its wooded park. Charging station (7 kWh) available upon request. Closed and secure parking with camera. Very bright, you can enjoy the bay windows to admire the tranquility of the park while enjoying the terrace if you wish. From the Mezzanine, you can admire the stars or work at the available desk. Trampoline and slide are available. Just 10 minutes from the center! The space The loft consists of a main room with a sofa bed, coffee table, TV cabinet and flat screen. A bench convertible into a double bed of 160 cm (2 very comfortable mattresses of 80cm x200 adjoined on a box spring that extends to 160 cm). A dining area with a table, 4 chairs + 2 additional folding chairs upon request. A small desk for children with enough coloring materials. Two buffets where you will find some of the dishes as well as a second induction cooktop. A kitchen area equipped for breakfast and small kitchen with a microwave. An en-suite bathroom with two sinks, a toilet area and a beautiful shower where it is possible to sit. Upstairs, a mezzanine open to the living room, an office space, a sleeping area to sleep quietly in a double bed of 160x200, a piece of furniture to store your clothes and spread your shirts. A terrace with tables and chairs is at your disposal as well as a park for your children. Folding crib, highchair, play mat, etc. are available upon request. The loft is a private accommodation attached to our house. PLEASE NOTE: unfortunately, the accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. (2 small steps) 1 electric and/or hybrid car charging station is available upon prior request at €0.30 per hour Pets are allowed and can be loose in the garden as long as you collect the needs and if they are not dangerous for my children who can sometimes play in the garden. Paths and fields are within walking distance in minutes. It is possible to keep your pets during the day on request. Please do not let your pets climb on the beds and sofas. No smoking inside - ashtray available outside. We live next door as a family. If you're not a kid lover. This place isn't for you:-) Guest access Guests will have access to the parking lots on the left only and not to the garages. The garden and terrace is accessible in front of the loft space. Playgrounds are only accessible to children. Adults are kindly asked not to ride in the trampolines or on the swings/slides. The fruits are self-service on the trees. Other things to note A crib is available upon request as well as a high chair an iron and hair dryer are available. Bed linen and towels are also provided. Shampoo and shower gel are available. An electric barbecue is also available. Feel free to ask for special requests. 2 doors are connecting with our house. The first on the ground floor overlooks the hallway of our garage (locked door - space not accessible). The second upstairs gives access to our attic (locked – no access possible). Access to the outside is only through the bay window. IMPORTANT: The property is equipped with several surveillance cameras to secure access around the house and vehicles parked in our inner courtyard. None of them film the inside of the accommodation. They're there to protect us with our children, not to bother you.
