Treetop Ranch is a tranquil, mountain winter escape set amidst the whisper quiet San Bernadino National Forest, yet only a short walk to the many shops and restaurants that Big Bear village has to offer. This rustic and comfortable pet friendly cabin will make you want to stay a while and unwind. With 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large, brick fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and a private hot tub to boot, the Ranch offers up a cozy place to relax after a long day of skiing and entertainment. The space Kitchen: Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, Tea Kettle, Coffee Maker Living Room: Sofa Sleeper, Fireplace, Games, Wifi and smart appliances including Amazon Alexa and Samsung smart TVs Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, Ironing Board, Iron Bedroom 2: 2 Twin Beds Bathroom: Shower, Toilet, Hair Dryer Outdoor space: Front patio and chairs, side patio table and chairs, Hot Tub, BBQ Other things to note Parking: Please park on the left hand side of the driveway in the marked area - this is shared parking with the cabin next door. Occupancy (4) Max Car max (2) Pet friendly (up to 1 dog) $75 per stay Amenities worth mentioning: Clothes rack under the bed in the main bedroom. Baby chair seat and pack n play in the cupboard under the stairs. Heaters for the bathroom and upstairs bedroom - it gets colder in those areas. If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag. Excessive noise or loud music heard at the property line is prohibited by the CITY for the consideration of the local residents. The CITY enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and will send out code enforcement officers to issue fines/and or evict guests for any violations reported. There will be a $300 administrative fine per Code Call for our team to show up as we are required to attend such code call within 30 minus, plus $100 per hour of our time spent for the violation. This is IN ADDITION to any fines issued by Code Enforcement which start at $500 to $5000 per violation. Registration Details 2022-2850
