Description
Think Indoor "Glamping", with a twist. **No heat or A/C** It has high-speed wireless internet, electricity, a kitchenette, toilet, shower & hot water, but that's where the luxuries end. This is the back room of an old store front built in the early 1900s. An extremely unique experience but not for everyone. It gets cold at night and staying in the back room resembles camping more than a "normal" Airbnb accommodation. ALL REQUESTS WELCOME. The space A very unique space! Please reach out before booking. The reservation does not include the store front, and other people may come and go in the store front during your stay and during the day/business hours (9am - 9pm). Your area is locked and secured. The "room" is a long area (38' x 15') and has a cement floor which can get drafty on really cold nights. It has some basic sleeping accommodation including a king bed with mattress cover. Guests should bring their own bedding. It has a coffee table, small dresser, clothing rack, desk and office chair, SmartTV, and a utility table, but that is pretty much it. There is a kitchenette with a sink, countertop, table, and fridge/freezer. The kitchen is not equipped to cook, so be prepared for that. There is a bathroom that has a small vanity, toilet, and step-up shower. Guest access Guests can access the cement floor living area "room" area, the kitchenette, and the bathroom. Guests should not access the store front or basement without first getting permission from the host. The store front and basement are also under camera surveillance because there are personal and business items in these areas. Other things to note Guest should reach out to the host before booking to make sure the accommodations would be a good fit for them and their needs. We want those booking to enjoy their experience but realize it is not for everyone.
