We are proud to have an environmentally friendly home, running off the grid which has been recently renovated with our guests in mind. Our Coach house boasts the luxury of under floor heating as well as a cosy log burner to relax by with a glass of bubbly! You will also have sole use of the under cover hot tub which can be ready for your arrival! The space Ground Floor Entrance with access via lockbox. Stairs to- First Floor Open Plan Living area including: Kitchen - oven, fridge with mini freezer, microwave. Dining Area - Dining Table with seating for 4. Lounge Area- Double Sofa, 2 Armchairs, Log Burner (with logs supplied for first evening), Sliding Door to.. Master Bedroom - Double Bed, Double Sofa Bed, Stand alone Bath, Dressing table, Chest of Drawers, Wardrobe. Door to Ensuite - Walk in Shower, heated towel rail, toilet, sink. Outside Space- You will have sole use of the outside area under coach house including the luxury Hot Tub and patio set including 2 chairs and table. You can park on the private driveway outside Coach House. Hotel quality bedding alongside bath and hand towels are provided for all beds. (Bedding/towels for sofa bed can be found in wardrobe of master bedroom) You are welcome to use the travel cot (found in storeroom next to hot tub) although you would need to bring your bedding from home for this please. The basic emenities are also provided to start you off including toilet rolls, hand soap, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, washing up liquid, kitchen towel. Should there be anything else you need during your stay, there is also a spar shop (perfect for extra logs!) and co-op in Dersingham, each only a 2 minute drive/10minute walk away. Further afield, the town of King's Lynn (10miles) is perfect for all of your extra shopping needs.
