It would be wonderful if guests took their shoes off to be more respectful of the downstairs guests. It’s a very large unit with plenty of space. The kitchen is somewhat small though. Everything has been renovated and the unit is very clean. The only shared space is the laundry room which you can access down the back steps. You can lock your back door downstairs between you and the laundry room. There are 3 smart TVs and high speed internet. There is a large backyard you can access through the front gate that is a shared space. Guest access Guests have access to all spaces shared in the listing photos. The laundry is a shared space. The backyard is a shared space. Other things to note This unit requires walking a flight of stairs. There are also back steps with a baby gate provided for the top of the stairs. There are also narrow steps to the attic. If you need a larger space please consider renting the downstairs unit as well and then you'd have the entire house to yourself.
