Right on Main Street in Kennesaw! Close to many different trail systems, restaurants, and activities. Plenty of driveway space for parking. Car or Uber recommended for getting around, although we are very nearby grocery stores, restaurants and trails for hiking. Along Main Street in Kennesaw. This is a busier road around work hours each day. The house is further back from the road, but you may hear some traffic from inside. House trained dogs that are pre approved are allowed. Backyard is fenced but has some holes in fence. Pet fee is $15 per night per pet. No puppies allowed. Dogs must be crated when left unattended. Dogs must be supervised when in the backyard and may not be left in the backyard unattended. $75 pet waste fee will be applied if pets are not cleaned up after. Pets must be pre approved or a fine of double the pet fee per night ($30) will be applied. Please note while the home is cleaned very thoroughly between stays and air filters changed regularly, we do allow dogs at the home. Those with severe allergies will need to consider our home’s suitability for their unique needs. Minimum $250 fine will apply for evidence of smoking inside the home. Please smoke away from any open doors & windows. There are cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion activated, records video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does NOT record conversation, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience!
