Through the master bedroom, you can enjoy the 2nd level deck with mountain views. Conveniently located minutes away from The Village, ski slopes, shops, & restaurants! Pets are an extra $100 per pet per stay ($50 extra only for 2nd pet or more) • Kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, air fryer, cups, wine glasses, wine glass holder, wine glass opener, plates, bowls, mixing bowl, utensils, pots/pans, baking trays) The Hideaway is a cabin embodying the Hygge, with thoughtful amenities throughout for our guests to enjoy. Pulling up onto the large gravel driveway, you are welcomed by our spacious 1st level deck. This outdoor space boasts a 2022 7-seater hot tub, a new gas fire pit, sectional patio furniture, BBQ grill, and two hanging chairs, with PLENTY of space left over to gather with family, friends, and pets. Steps from the deck, you are greeted by a yellow front door. Enter with your unique code and step into your home away from home, welcomed by our Hideaway neon light. The living room contains an L-sectional, a fireplace, board games, and smart speaker (4th gen Amazon Echo Dot). Allow Alexa to play music or turn on the pendant light. Simply say, “Alexa, turn on living room light” Mounted over the fireplace, is a 65 inch Roku TV ready for your viewing pleasure; all you need to do is log in and you’ll be ready to go. If you’re staying with us during the summer months, stay cool with our remote-controlled ceiling fans located in the living room and in every bedroom. Past the living room, you will find a large bathroom with new Kavala tiling throughout and a spacious 48-inch vanity with modern golden accents. Tucked behind the sliding curtains, you’ll find a washer and dryer with a large shelf containing detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience. Enjoy a warm bath or shower after a day at the slopes in our newly glazed tub with a dual shower head and glass sliding doors. Once you’re all fresh, head to our dining room which can seat up to 8 people. Enjoy a warm meal prepared in our galley kitchen equipped with your cooking needs including stainless steel appliances, a rice cooker, a waffle maker, an air fryer and toaster to name a few. With happy hearts and a full stomach, head upstairs and feel the new cozy carpet on your feet. On the second floor, you’ll find the bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and the second bathroom waiting. Located right in front of the stairs is our fully remodeled bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower featuring sliding glass doors. From the top steps, the first bedroom to your right has a Queen over Full pull out trundle to comfortably sleep 4. Also find a work desk and lamp to send those “Out of Office” emails from. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with black out curtains for those that prefer a dark room. Lastly, the spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed for sleeping and a sofa with a lift up coffee table for relaxing. Mounted on the wall is a 55 in Roku TV ready for a movie night. As the light filters through the curtains in the morning, you are greeted by the outdoors through big windows and a sliding door. Step out onto the spacious balcony with your hot cup of coffee and enjoy the view. Welcome to the Hideaway, we hope you enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cabin. The lot is not enclosed so please don't keep children and pets unattended. Neighborhood is right off the 38 hwy, mostly flat and easily accessible. Please note there is ABSOLUTELY NO STREET PARKING especially during the winter months as street plowing will occur. The property has a spacious gravel driveway that can fit 4 cars max. without difficulty. Be careful when driving/walking up and down the driveaway as it may be slippery when wet. Vehicles may need snow chains, please check weather advisories. Tips: Stuck in snow? think CATS C-clear the path A-add traction (sand, cat liter, all weather floor mats work great). May be good to have one of those items handy. T-tires, softer tires grab better. S-straighten wheels then rock the car Other things to note GUESTS: - any unregistered guest/pet will be subject to a $100 fee/guest or pet per night - We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Guests totals may be verified via external facing cameras. Please notify your host, Nicholas, of your guest / dog count. SAFETY: - CHAINS/CABLES. Highly likely during winter months, please check weather advisories - please be careful and use rails on the steps at the front and back of the property as well as the stairway. Steps/deck floor may be slippery when when wet/snowing/raining, please take caution at all times and use handrails. We are not responsible for any slips, falls, or injuries at our cabin. - we provide security cameras and flood lights at the front and back entrances of the property for our guests safety.
