The space Welcoming entry with downstairs bedroom with a full bed and adjacent full bathroom. Meander down the hall to the spacious kitchen and family room. Upstairs you will find the additional 4 bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed an expansive bathroom and a walk-in closet. One room has a queen bed and the 5th bedroom a full. The laundry room is located upstairs. Guest access The garage accommodates two cars as does the driveway. Please note the HOA has strict street parking rules so adhere to the signs. Other things to note Check In/Out: Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. Your access to the home will be using a smart lock. If you’d like to request an early check-in or late check-out, please wait until the day before your arrival or departure to inquire. Due to our high occupancy rates and the possibility of last-minute bookings, we cannot confirm early check-ins or late check-outs until the day prior. Supplies - Please note that we stock our homes with 1 week of supplies inclusive of K cups, paper towels, dish soap and pods, toilet paper, and laundry pods.
