This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a newly updated kitchen and living room with plenty of cooking, dining and entertainment needs. The beds are comfortable and we offer an additional XL Twin roll away bed. The bathrooms feature large Towels, hand towels and washcloths, lotion, body soap, shampoo & conditioner, hair dryer as well as some basic grooming needs. Internet and cable ready smart TV's. We have some CD's, board card games for both kids and adults and lots of books. There is a Gas fireplace, heater oven & stove. We have a front load washer and dryer with wash tabs and dryer sheets. The kitchen is fully stocked for dining and cooking, offering some condiments, an array of spices, cooking oils along with some lite breakfast items, coffee and tea assortments, paper towels, dish tabs and cleaning products in case you need them during your stay. Off of the dining area is a comfortable and quiet patio that accesses the garage so you can safely store your equipment without worry. Although this garage is not used to park a car, you can easily fit 2 motorcycles and several bikes and /or your ski equipment. There is an outdoor garage door keypad for access from your designated free parking space. In the garage you have use of the gas or charcoal BBQ's, a portable fire pit (when allowed by the village) sleds, chairs and cornhole. There is a large common space in the backyard and, across the street is fantastic food and drinks (Pizza Stop, Mikuna Grill, Pub and Grub) plus equipment rental/apparel shops. The condo complex is a courtyard style, intimate setting. During the winter you are able to catch the free ski shuttle that is just outside of the condo complex (52 steps from the front door) at the Cougar stop. Want to walk? The resort is just 2 blocks up the road or down the road to walking trails. Full access to the condo, patio and garage, backyard and free designated parking. (large vehicle parking at end of property) best feature is a free ski shuttle that runs to and from the ski resort and is 52 steps out the front door! Just outside of the rear of the condo and across the street is access to 3 restaurants & spirits and equipment rental. The Slopes are 2 blocks walking distance or you can use the free shuttles to and from the slopes running every 15 minutes (in the winter) just outside of the condo complex steps away from our front door. The resort has a ski run for all levels of skiers as well as an exceptional ski school, Après and a terrain park. Our Courtyard style condo is quiet and peaceful. The condo complex owned backyard offers plenty of space for the kids to play and explore. Just blocks away in town you will find groceries and gas, retail shopping, hair and nail boutiques, massage, chiropractic care, Horse and sleigh rides and several food and spirits options. Golf is less than a 5 minute drive and provides Incredible views, fantastic golfing and exquisite food and cocktails as well as a pool, pickleball courts and a large playground. During the winter the golf course offers sledding for the kids at very reasonable rates as well as a Nordic trail and snowshoeing. Just beyond the country club is Mesa Verde Lake where you can rent kayaks, paddle boards, fishing supplies and a boat for the day. During the summer, the ski resort transforms into one of the countries premier mountain bike parks with zip lines and Frisbee golf. In town on Friday afternoons you can enjoy live concerts in the park and Sunday morning Farmers markets. The Village and Resort offers several special community events throughout the year. Angel fire is truly a special Village with much to offer. Every 15 minutes during the winter, the ski shuttle offers a complimentary ride to and from the ski resort and sledding at the country club. The Angel Fire Airport is less than 3 miles from the resort. We have provided cleaning and sanitation products for your use during your stay to use as needed.
