Beautiful apartment located on the 29th floor of the Duna Barcane condominium. The accommodation offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, just 180 meters from Ponta Negra Beach. Both rooms have private bathrooms. We are pleased to say that, based on invaluable feedback from our guests, we have made more upgrades and improvements to the apartment as of June 2024. We hope you enjoy the panoramic sea views and stunning sunset that this apartment offers. The space The bigger bedroom can accommodate up to four people. It has a double bed and a single bed, and the single bed has another pull-out single bed underneath. The second bedroom has one double bed for 2 people. The living room has a sofa bed for two additional guests. The apartment has stunning sunset views with an unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean, the coast, and the city's night lights. All balconies and windows have safety nets making the apartment safe for infants and children. Because the apartment is on a high floor it's more peaceful in regard to traffic and noise from the street. The balcony has a transparent glass wall allowing for unobstructed views when you sit on the balcony. The building has a gym and swimming pool. The guest has their own private secure parking space in the building. The apartment has a very stable internet connection with its own dedicated wifi service. Guest access Guests can check in at the front desk after 2 p.m. at any time of the day or night. If you need to check in before 2 p.m., check availability. The condominium is very safe with 24-hour security. Check-out is at 11 a.m. Other things to note The apartment is open and bright. The building is centrally located with excellent bars and restaurants nearby, as well as supermarkets and night markets where you can enjoy the local cuisine. Duna Barcane is a high-end condominium that has a complete leisure area with an inviting outdoor pool, barbecue, sports court and sauna. On the ground floor of the building there is a shopping mall with restaurants, a currency exchange, a beauty salon, a cafeteria, and a car rental company.
