Comfort meets style in this updated home with a cozy remote gas fireplace, 55” smart TV and high speed WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped cook up your favorite recipes. Located across the street from Highland lake and walking distance to Resha Beach. Just minutes from downtown where you’ll find restaurants and activities for all. Just a short drive to ski mountains. The space You will have the entire house to yourself! Cozy up on the comfy living room furniture, catch up on your most recent Netflix series, or enjoy a glass of wine by the fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, pots, pans, cutlery and everything you need to prepare a quick meal to go, or an elevated dinner. The first bedroom has a queen bed, large closet and dresser so you can get unpacked and stay organized. The second bedroom has a full sized bed, twin bunk beds, dresser and large closet. Separate home office perfect for bringing work with you. Full bathroom with washer/dryer, also stocked with toiletries, hair dryer and bath linens. Other things to note There is a 55" smart TV that is set to "guest mode". Netflix, Amazon Video, etc are all available but you will need to use your own user name and password. The TV will automatically log you out of your accounts after your checkout date. The fireplace is very cozy! The operating instructions are there. It does not need to be plugged in. Please be careful not to touch the glass when turning off the fireplace as that part gets hot. There is a gaming system with some old school video games if you'd like to play! Just turn on the controllers; they're right in the TV console. There are board games/ card games in the lower cabinet of the back room. Enjoy, play whatever is there, just please put the games away the way you found them.
