My name is Ben Hays and it will be my pleasure to welcome you to this delightful 3rd floor condominium. NOTE: THERE IS A 6 NIGHT MINIMUM FROM MEMORIAL WEEK THRU MID AUGUST. The beach is across the street, perhaps a 2 minute walk or a short ride in the golf cart furnished for your stay. My guests come primarily for the 3 miles of white sand beach and Fripp is unmatched as a recreation and vacation destination. Guest cards for access to Resort amenities (pools, golf, tennis, restaurants, rentals, etc.) are unavailable with this home. There are 2 places on Fripp where you eat without a card, each with picnic tables. Many Fripp residents eat at 4-5 restaurants within 5-15 minutes of the island.
