We are two kilometers from Vila - main tourist center where several bars, restaurants, restaurants, snack bars, miscellaneous shops, cafes and banks are located. You will be in a very family friendly, organized and clean residential condominium, but as in any condominium you may not be 100% satisfied with the possible conduct of other people. 2- You are renting only a safe and quiet space, that is, you need to take all your bed and bath linen and travel structure. 3- There is 01 dog in the condominium. So if you don't like animals, have allergies or won't stand it if you come across a small poop, this place is definitely not for you. 4 - We relax check-in or check-out when there is availability or when we want to and/or feel comfortable with you. That way, we can only talk about this on the eve of your trip. If you want to secure your entry sooner or exit later pay for half a night. 5- Although the cleaning tx is charged, you must leave the apartment in order at your exit and no dishes in the sink. 6- This is our home and we will love to share it with you, but that does not mean that our ornaments are on sale or for donation. Anything that goes away or is damaged during your stay will be reported to the platform and/or reported to the police by B.O. 7- The condo pool is shared with all residents and visitors, but that doesn't mean you can take speakers there, barbecue on the edge, make obscene gestures, or use slang words.
