You will feel at home in our beautiful, new penthouse flat. It is located in a quiet district with a view of rooftops, just three tram stops from the Krämerbrücke, a special sight in the centre of the old town. You can park your car in the inner courtyard. The space In a beautiful old building from the Wilhelminian era with an inner courtyard and garden, you will have this sunny and bright holiday flat on the 3rd floor/attic, without a lift, all to yourself. The flat has been stylishly renovated with heart and invites you to stay - the climb is worth it😊 You enter the flat and arrive in the entrance area with cloakroom. From here, you enter the bathroom with wellness shower and bathtub. There is a hairdryer and washing machine. A tumble dryer is located in the building and can be used by arrangement. A fully equipped kitchen (sink, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, cooking utensils, spices...) invites you to cook. The spacious living and dining area with 55’ smart TV (Xiaomi fire TV) and cosy corner sofa is located in the middle of the flat. If required, a mattress topper can be provided and the sofa can be used as a sleeping place 80 x 200 cm for one person. If this use is desired, please let us know when booking so that we can prepare the bed with mattress topper on the sofa for this purpose. The living room leads to a bedroom with a 43’ flat-screen TV (LG web os TV), workstation and box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm). A spiral staircase leads from the living room to the open gallery with a queen-size bed (140 cm x 200 cm). Sockets with USB connections are available. The stylish interior harmonises with the wood-look flooring. Central heating is available. There is also a towel radiator in the bathroom. The flat is equipped for you with fresh bed linen, as well as shower and hand towels. In addition to the ceiling fan in the bedroom, two mobile air conditioning units (fan + water evaporation / cooling battery - without exhaust air hose) can be used to cool down in summer. WLAN is available free of charge. Guest access A roller shutter door in the building entrance shields the inner courtyard with car parking spaces, terrace and garden from the street. Please always close the roller shutter. One car can be parked in the inner courtyard free of charge. Other guests and tenants park here. Our Auszeit Erfurt bungalow, which we also rent out as holiday accommodation, is also located in the inner courtyard. The covered terrace facing the lawn, with table and chairs, as well as a beer table set, is available to our guests and tenants. It is possible to store your own bicycles. Bicycles can also be hired for €5 per day or on request for the entire stay. There are 3 ladies' bicycles and 3 men's bicycles available. Please let us know if you wish to hire bicycles before your arrival. Other things to note The Accommodation tax is already included in the booking price! (valid for bookings from 19.09.2024) From 01.01.2024, the city of Erfurt will levy an accommodation tax for private and business-related overnight stays. This amounts to 5% of the accommodation price and is included in the total price. For many hosts, the accommodation tax must be paid on site. Smoking is not permitted in the flat. Please go to the inner courtyard. You are welcome to use the communal garden in the inner courtyard for an outdoor break. A roller shutter gate in the building entrance closes off the inner courtyard with the car parking spaces from the street. Please always close the roller shutter.
