Roam around and explore. Just a note about the area near the horseshoes…. This was the original home for the Landers family. She used to raise wild animals and shoot guns as you do in the wild desert in the 50s. The area near the horseshoes is where she used to shoot glass bottles as target practice. We have cleaned it up a million times but every time it rains or the wind blows, more glass surfaces. Other things to note BREVILLE ESPRESSO MACHINE ****(being serviced at the moment, French press available with fresh coffee!) 1.Add fresh whole coffee beans to your Breville's hopper. Add filtered water from the pitcher to the back water tank. 2.Before you push start, make sure the grind size is set to the middle setting. As you gain experience using your Breville espresso maker, you'll adjust the grind size to home in on the ideal setting, but the middle of the range is a good place to start while you learn. 3. Now you're ready to select the shot size—single or double—and start the grind by firmly pushing the portafilter in. Give the ground coffee a quick tamp by firmly compressing the grounds and removing the tamper with a quarter twist. Don't stress too much over using the right tamping pressure. Getting the pressure right takes practice and is something you can learn as you gain experience. 4.Now the moment of truth! You're finally ready to pull your first shot. Insert the portafilter and turn until it reaches the "lock" position. Press the appropriate button—either 1-cup or 2-cup—and voila, you've made your first espresso. YOU ARE USING THE HOT TUB AT YOUR OWN RISK. All Minors must be supervised at ALL times. Do not jump into or stand on the edge of the spa or use drugs or alcohol irresponsibly while in the spa. All these are dangerous. You may only use the hot tub if you agree to these rules. By renting this house you agree to abide by the rules and acknowledge and assume all risks associated with hot tub usage. All public hot tubs present a health risk. Although our hot tub is maintained and sanitized regularly, it is highly recommended that each user rinse or lightly wash before and after hot tub use. Make sure to strap down the cover when you are finished or it will blow away with the strong winds. Hot tub is set to 104, you may adjust it according to your liking. FIREPIT: No wood burning fires are allowed in the desert due to the high fire risk. We have a propane firepit for your use. Please do not leave unattended at any time.
