Welcome to my studio! You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay and enjoy a beautiful view of the Loire. The space 24 m2 studio with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, small sitting area, Wi-Fi & TV (Netflix, Prime Video). Separate bathroom & kitchen with hob, oven, washing machine, fridge and freezer. You will have at your disposal what you need to prepare a hot drink (coffee, tea, chocolate) and usual condiments. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, vanity unit with storage. Sheets and towels are provided. Guest access I welcome you personally, but if you wish, we can arrange a self check-in to the apartment with a lockbox. If you come by car, a parking space is reserved for you within the residence (paid parking on the street) Other things to note Apartment on the 5th floor with elevator but no wheelchair access because there are about ten steps in half-landing.
