Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Beautiful strolls along the river front or go fishing at your front door. The cottage is a great place to get away from the hustle while still being only 8 mins to Port Macquarie. Now included is the highest quality drinking water you’ll get from turning a tap. *Kitchenette includes electric frypan, egg maker, toaster, microwave. Unfortunately OUR PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN (toddlers). The space The rooms are modest, basic but very comfortable and quiet. The living space is very quiet and grounded with a lovely feel and energy to it. *Kitchenette includes electric frypan, egg maker, toaster, microwave. I have now included my Kangan water machine to provide you with the best drinking water you’ll find on tap. No toxic town water during your stay. Only the best. We are motel style stay with 2 night maximum for relaxing stop overs while travelling the east coast. Unfortunately our property is NOT SUITABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN (toddlers) Guest access The villa indoor space is available aside from one locked room with my linen etc. The open grassed area to the side is also available but not past the fence lines due to the farm animals. The grassed area includes all the picnic tables, fire pit. Other things to note This is a farm not a city apartment so sometimes farm stuff happens out the back, horses whinny, sheep baa and the leaves blow. I do not own a rooster so no morning crowing will be happening. The entire villa has been renovated accept for my windows, which is proving difficult with local trades. since loosing everything I own in the flood it has been a long road to recovery and repairing. Please be mindful that all you see is hard work and investment to get back to some kind of normal. My villa is filled with personal items and custom made benches and doors for your enjoyment they only stay in good condition with respect and care. Enjoy the originality of the space.
