Perfect for a family beach vacation! 2 bedrooms, 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed, 1 full bathroom, and a private outdoor shower! The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to cook. Washer and Dryer on site. The back porch area receives morning sun, and the front door faces sunset. Polished concrete floors, Pets are welcome friends! The space The property is very private, surrounded by hibiscus, pindo and fan palms, sea grape, bay, bougainvillea, lantana, lemon trees, magnolia, yupon, sage, and year-round beautiful live oaks. Walking out the front door and around the corner, you're only a short walk away from the sand. If you prefer to drive your vehicle on the beach, and driving access is located just one block north. The back porch was converted into a beautiful Florida room and has a full sized pingpong table! Cable TV is provided in the living room via the Youtube TV app. Each bedroom has ROKU TVs as well.
