Cozy apartment with balcony

This 36 sqm apartment is located in a residential area of Graz and is ideal for relaxed vacationers or business travelers who prefer practicality and comfort. No hotel service, but a self-catering home away from home – not suitable for luxury seekers or perfectionists. It features smart home technology, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, a double bed (160×200 cm), and a sofa bed for one person. Bathroom with shower, toilet, window, and washing machine for everyday comfort. The space You enter through a small hallway leading to the living area and a compact bathroom with window (shower, sink, toilet). The living space includes a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, a dining table, a pull-out sofa, and a TV. From the living area, you have access to a charming balcony with seating – perfect for a glass of wine on warm evenings – and a cozy bedroom with a large double bed (160×200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe. Guest access Guests have the entire apartment to themselves during their stay. It is located on the first floor without an elevator. Climbing stairs is required. Other things to note We provide one hand towel and one bath towel per guest per stay. The beds are freshly made according to the number of registered guests, and bed linen is included in the nightly rate. Guests who require additional laundry items (e.g. extra towels or blankets) are kindly asked to bring their own – our accommodation is intended as a simple, self-catering home-away-from-home. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area; however, there may occasionally be everyday neighbourhood sounds such as children playing or light street traffic. The apartment is situated on the upper floor and requires climbing stairs. There is no air-conditioning – please keep this in mind during the summer months. A balcony with seating is available for smoking guests; smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. We do not have luggage-storage facilities in the building. Our accommodation is intended exclusively for short-term tourist stays – registration with a residence certificate (Meldezettel) is not possible.
